The Paloma Valley High School Virtual Graduation Ceremony can be viewed beginning at 6:00 pm on Friday, June 5, 2020. The ceremony will be available on this page, as well as on the PUHSD and PVHS Facebook pages. While this is not a traditional graduation ceremony, we hope you will find this virtual ceremony to be meaningful and one that gives our graduates a sense of pride and the opportunity to celebrate their tremendous accomplishments.

Drive-Through Graduation

June 5th - 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

The Drive-Through Graduation Ceremony will give graduates the ability to exit their vehicle and walk across the stage in their cap and gown as they receive their diploma. Each senior will be able to bring one vehicle with their family. Families will enter on Bradley Road to the north of the student parking lot and make their way to the “front circle” where the ceremony will take place. Students will exit their vehicle when prompted and walk across the stage to receive their diploma as their name is called. The stage will be positioned so that families can clearly view this moment from their vehicles and celebrate with their graduates. Cherished Memories will be taking a professional photograph of each graduate to commemorate this moment. As a keepsake, the ASB senior class is providing a printed 5x7 photograph for each graduate!

The pickup time for each graduate is listed below by last name:

  • 8-8:30 am - Last Names A-Br
  • 8:30-9 am - Last Name Bu-C
  • 9-9:30 am - Last Names D-F
  • 9:30-10 am - Last Names G-Ha
  • 10-10:30 am - Last Names He-Li
  • 10:30-11 am - Last Name - Lo-Mi
  • 11-11:30 am - Last Names - Mo-Pe
  • 11:30am-12 pm - Last Names - Pi-Ro
  • 12-12:30 pm - Last Names - Ru-Th
  • 12:30-1 pm - Last Names - Ti-Z

To protect our staff, we ask that graduates wear a face covering when not in their vehicle. Paloma staff will also be wearing face coverings to protect graduates. Graduates may however remove their face covering for the professional photo taken by Cherished Memories. We still encourage you to decorate your vehicle and their graduation cap to see your creative spirit and personality. Let’s show that Wildcat pride!

If you are unable to come to the Drive-Through Graduation on June 5th, diplomas will be available for pick up in the front office on Monday, June 8th from 8 am-12 pm.
