Advisor Marissa Billion

The purpose of the Paloma Valley High School’s Speech and Debate Team shall be to provide members with the ability to participate and practice the principles of organized and intellectual speaking. All members will be applying public speaking techniques to argumentation as well as individual speaking situations.
